Initial Site Visit & Assessment
Our process begins with an on site visit where we begin to dissect the topography of the area. Next is to fully understand you, your family and your vision! Getting to know you and your families dreams, desires and (add word) helps us connect the idea to the plan, Then integrating that vision into the existing and surrounding environment for a perfect harmonious flow throughout your property. Lastly we establish the overall scope, goal, timeline, budget range and propose a plan of action.

Design Development Phase
Once we understand what it is you want, begin to design you a 3D Model of the concept; generate a price of the scope of work and present it to you the homeowner. After gaining your feedback and thoughts on design and pricing we make the necessary changes that meets your vision and goals. After your approval begins the final site plans which includes the details; landscaping, lighting, grading and more. We bring in any specialists that may be needed and start obtaining any necessary permits.
Install & Build Phase
Once we are contracted, we are now ready for the implementation of your project. We transition roles and become your point of contact for the construction phase. Providing you with updates and answers to any questions that may arise. Our Master builders bring craftsmanship to the next level providing a smooth and efficient install phase.
Final Walk-through!
Now that your project is finished, there is more to it than just handing you the keys to paradise. There is a certain level of maintenance that comes with this everlasting masterpiece. We walk through the project; teach you and your maintenance provider to ensure you have a full understanding on to care for this new outdoor living space!
